“I think I have been successful because I relaize that if I did not do something by my 50th birthday I would be heading towards a path I did not want to take. I could not carry my grandchildren upstairs without becoming short of breath.
Having weekly goals with Khrystal’s personal training helped me. Knowing how many calories and the amount of exercises I need to do each week made me feel empowered to keep control. I now know more about the portions of food I eat and I am adding more healthy choices, all this makes dieting much easier.
